The Sudanese ArtThink group met during 2009 and 2010 to undertake their learning in Mental Health First Aid and to develop a concept for raising awareness of mental health issues in the community.

The group decided that a T-shirt image would be an ideal way of communicating positive messages about community wellbeing and seeking help. The final design of the T-shirt features symbols of Sudan and Australia and encourages people to seek help from the Sudanese Community Educator team based at
Relationships Australia (SA).
